DAILY PRIZES – Every Weekday in May (M-F only May 1st – May 31st) 23 WINNERS!!!

Every WEEKDAY in MAY 2012, one name will be drawn at random from all entries (paper and web) and will be announced in both KSN’s and KODE’s newscasts at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Monday through Friday. The viewer named must call in to the station at the phone number on the screen (or 417-781-2345) by 5 p.m. THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY and tell the receptionist that “MY NAME WAS DRAWN ON WATCH TO WIN!!!!”. Having your name announced AND calling the TV Station the next day by 5 p.m. makes you the winner of that day’s prize!!!!
A prize will be awarded each WEEKDAY in MAY 2012.
Viewers submit entries in 3 different ways:
- Go to fourstateshomepage.com, Click on Watch to Win, then enter the contest online
- Go to the KSN/KODE Television Station at 1502 Cleveland Joplin MO 64801
- Mail an entry to KSN/KODE at 1502 Cleveland, Joplin, MO 64801
Entry must include name, address, age (must be 18 or older to win; winner must present a photo ID/Drivers License to claim prize; winner is responsible for related taxes must sign the appropriate tax documents; prize winners are not eligible to win another prize in this contest…ie, only one prize per winner in Watch to Win 2012.
GENERAL ONLINE CONTEST RULES:
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant, per day.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated entries of any kind are not allowed. Detection of said automated entries will lead to entries being voided.
Only one registered account per contestant. If multiple accounts are detected for a single contestant, they will be disabled and entries disqualified.
KSN, KODE, and/or Fourstateshomepage.com reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
KSN, KODE, and/or Fourstateshomepage.com reserve the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.
Employees of KSN, KODE, Fourstateshomepage.com, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to KSN, KODE, and/or Fourstateshomepage.com the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
KSN, KODE, and/or Fourstateshomepage.com reserve the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
