Contestants submit their photos and stories beginning 4/11/15. Viewers can log-in and begin voting for their favorite. Each registered voter will be allowed five (5) votes per day. Contest entries will continue to be accepted until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2016. Votes will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
GENERAL CONTEST RULES FOR THIS CONTEST PLAYED ON FOURSTATESHOMEPAGE.COM:
- KSNF-TV, KODE-TV, and/or Fourstateshomepage.com want to make
sure our contests are fair to everyone. So the following guidelines
apply to all contests played on our website unless otherwise specified.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and/or eMail.
- Local winners must have a primary residence within the KSNF-TV
and/or KODE-TV viewing area. This is approximately a 50 mile radius of
the business office located at 1502 South Cleveland Avenue, Joplin,
Missouri.
- All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning or prior to the expiration date, unless otherwise specified.
- You must present positive, legal identification to claim the
prize. Prizes not claimed within the specified time period will be
forfeited.
- All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise
specified, and must sign a release giving KSNF-TV, KODE-TV, and/or
Fourstateshomepage.com the right to publicize name, likeness, photo, and
details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity.
- All attributable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Only one winner per household, per family for the duration of the contest, unless otherwise specified.
- Any prizes awarded to an ineligible viewer will be deemed null
and void and the prize will remain the property of KSNF-TV, KODE-TV,
and/or Fourstateshomepage.com.
IP Addresses will be monitored to insure multiple accounts are not being used for voting by the same individual. If multiple user ID's are set-up from the same IP address, those accounts will be blocked and votes will be voided.
Admin votes will be taken into account before the final tally is calculated and winners announced.
